The flavours complimented each other. Each component married well with each other. A great marriage of flavours. Felt like a dance party in my mouth. Spice levels were balanced. Not too spicy so was enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it. The plantain?? I have to say, it made the dish so sweet. Your hands are blessed. God bless the person behind purple bonnet. Hats off to you. The ingredients tasted fresh, everything looked good. Oh so likely to recommend
Fantastic meal! - Star of the show was certainly the chilli oil and noodles! it tasted so authentic to asian cuisine but still had the Purple Bonnet touch. The chilli oil didn't taste like it came out of a generic product found in supermarkets, it was very much homemade and had a touch of sweetness that tasted 10/10. The beef broccoli tasted great too especially as it's not my go-to dish generally. The flavours were strong, it had the perfect level of salt/seasoning and it tasted very fresh. The white rice was cooked to perfection and the edamame seasoning SLAPPED. The drink surely balanced this savoury-focused dish.
I thought you only did Caribbean/african food. BUT to my pleasant surprise you do Turkish food too! The lamb was done to perfection, tender and flavoursome, the salad was refreshing, THE BREAD... no words just phenomenal! Omg this is weird but my favourite part was the pot the garlic sauce came in, very cutesy !!! This was a good 9/10 for me. Thank you
I’m not a chocolate cake lover but you really put your foot in this one! It was rich but not too sweet and the presentation felt luxurious, it won me over.
The flavour of the jerk chicken was rich, sweet & smokey which was delightful. The rice & peas and dumplings tasted authentic to the Jamaican cuisine. The plantain???? sweet to bits! Everything complimented eachother well
STUNNING. I’m usually a very fussy eater and don’t eat food from anywhere but I have full trust in The Purple Bonnet Chefs. Thoroughly enjoyed my food!!!! 10/10 all round for me
Flawless, I went to a Turkish restaurant the same evening as me eating purple bonnet and it had nothing on what you whipped up. That sauce is crack and the fresh taste of the meat was out of this world. Thank you!
